Collaboration

Projects can be shared with other people. Everything inside a project — calculations, saved analyses, notes, and sheets — is shared with its members, and what each member can do is determined by their role.

Inviting people

The project owner invites someone by email. This creates an invitation the recipient accepts to join the project; once they accept, they become a member with the role you assigned. You manage a project's members and their roles from the project itself.

Roles

  • Owner — full control: manage members and roles, and delete the project.
  • Editor — can create and edit calculations, analyses, and sheets.
  • Viewer — read-only access to the project's contents.

Changing or removing access

The owner can change a member's role or remove them from the project at any time. Removing a member revokes their access immediately.
