Data export and deletion
You have the right to export all your data (GDPR Art. 20) and to have your account and data permanently deleted (GDPR Art. 17).
Exporting your data
- Go to Settings → Privacy.
- Click Export my data.
- A JSON file is prepared and downloaded to your browser. It contains your profile, calculations, projects, and saved analyses.
Deleting your account
- Go to Settings → Privacy.
- Click Delete my account.
- Read the confirmation dialog carefully — deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
- Confirm by typing your display name and clicking Delete permanently.
Account deletion removes your profile, all calculations, projects, analyses, cluster connections, and audit records. Data held by third-party processors (such as email delivery logs) is subject to their own retention policies, described in the privacy policy.
